Before contacting us to look at your company, you may wish to review our FAQ section for Entrepreneurs. This will help you determine if your company is a fit for our Fund and, if it is, how best to approach us and what materials we would like to see. As a tool for entrepreneurs, we have prepared some precedent templates which will assist you in preparing your materials in a format that is helpful to us. These templates are designed to draw out the high level attributes of your company that would make the opportunity interesting to us. You will find them helpful, and if you utilize them, we will be able to review your materials faster and get back to you more quickly.
Initially, and because of the huge influx of opportunities that we see, the only materials we would like to see are as follows
1) Your Executive Summary
2) Your Investor Presentation
The templates we have prepared are designed to ensure that you cover the information that is most important to us. At the initial stage, this is all we would like to see and, if we decide to engage with you, we can then discuss the additional information that will be necessary to complete our review.
