The management agreement for the Advantage Life Science Fund II, formerly known as Pender NDI Life Sciences Fund, was acquired by Lions Capital Corp. on October 3, 2007. 

The Fund will build its portfolio by following the same investment strategies used in building and developing the portfolio of the original Advantage Life Science Venture Fund I.

The Advantage Life Science Fund II is currently one of two Advantage funds open to investors for purchase. The Advantage Life Science Fund II has an allocation of $7 million in tax credits for 2008.
