The management agreement for the Advantage Growth Fund, formerly known as Pender NDI Life Sciences Fund, was acquired by Lions Capital on October 3, 2007. Advantage Growth Fund invests in emerging growth companies located in British Columbia.

Advantage is building the Advantage Growth Fund portfolio by investing in companies that have growing revenues, are profitable or approaching profitability and are likely to provide liquidity within a three to five year time frame. The Advantage Growth Fund presents investors with the opportunity to diversify into a basket of VCC investments that have less volatility than traditional venture capital.

The Advantage Growth Fund is currently one of two Advantage funds open to investors for 2009 purchases.  Please check with your financial advisor for an update on available allocation. The Advantage Growth Fund is managed by Lions Capital Corp.
